Unitech South Park review
Q: Hi I heard Unitech has launched one more project?? Kindly share the details of the project!

I went to South Park Construction Site on Saturday . There was no labour or any sign of activity ……except 5-10 labourers moving some stuff here or there . On enquiring I came to know that the Construction contract has been given to 2 contractor’s 1) MCPL 2) Local contractor constructing neighbourhood Krish Apartments . There is almost nil construction for last 2 months citing Labour Reasons . During my visit to Gurgaon at Unitech site I discussed with so many people from Unitech and their sbcontractor Following are my ovservations (a) There is no plan to start work in next 2-3 month (b) Unitech has not paid salary to their employees since Feb'14 (c) No payment has been made to their subcontractor for the work they have already completed (d) Subcontractors unable to start any work untill they will not be paid for previous work (e) Project site incharge has No project schedule..........................
