What are current rates?
Q: I booked a 1650 sqft 3 bhk @2100/- all inclusive in Feb'12. Should I hold it? If yes, for how long?2. Would it be a wise decision to hold it for end use after 10 yrs.

hey, the current rates of a 3 BHK in Ghaziabad is Rs.5888/sq.ft. for a normal apartment. The price difference of various projects is based on the location and the amenities.
