Buy Amrutha Grandeur Apartment (behind Manyata Techpark)
Q: Hi, we are planning to purchase a 3 BHK apartment in Amrutha Grandeur in Rachenhalli (behind Manyata tech park). just wanted to know if this apartment comes under arkavathy layout dispute. If anyone knows, please let me know.

My comments to replies
Dispute is between BDA and farmers , BDA has acquired land for arkavathy layout from farmers and allottees have still not received their plots. Builder is ready to give NOC he received from BDA but still i want to know if this apartment can fall under any dispute later
