what is the feedback on this project and the reputation of this builder in delivering the project on time?

I am 30yrs old professional looking for the residential apartment but my budget is approx. Rs 50 lakh and want to buy a property in Hyderabad. I have shortlisted one project Sivaa Shakthi The Lawnz. Please suggest me whether to buy or not?
Anybody who booked a flat in The Lawns, please give your reviews regarding the builders, as have never heard of any of their projects before. Liked the flats as they are spacious and few units only...not over crowded like other gated communities.

Regarding nearby schools, there is Phoenix Greens International School, just is front of the Lawnz.
