I am looking to buy a flat at Man Opus..Need some more information about project and Builder. Can u let me know the creditability of this project ...bcoz i visit the site and come to know that work was stopped from last 3-4 months..don't know the exact cause.. but as a new buyer i am looking for some more info abt this project ....
There is no legal 'issue' . A CC certificate is pending approval. MAN is one of the finest & reputed builder in Mumbai
I know it's reputed builder but on site the work was on hold from last 7-8 months... why so delay ??

Hi Aneek thanks for replay .. did you owned any flat ??? Bcoz i checked with sources, the information i received as this project was started in 2010 & the buyer who booked at that time they get the commitment as the flats will be ready by 2012 but as i personally went on site the progress was not much. I heard as the project was stopped since last 3-4 months.. bcoz of this i was bit confuzed ...whether i go with this project or not ... if u have any info abt please pass..

One of my friend booked a flat at Man Opus last year and the builder told that they will get possesion by March 2014. But still there is not much progress at site.
yes very true... even i also like the project & planning to booked the 1.5 BHK , But as I checked the project progress on site it was very slow, from last 4 months I visit the site twice..but no much progress…they not reveling what was the causes of slow progress…
