I am planing to buy property in Begur road, want to know how is the water condition, problem in SNN ,Mahavir area in begur main road area.Also, about the power cut in the same area.
Hello Sumit, There are water problem and residents of Begur Road are totally depended on bore well water. Cauvery water connection is yet to come in that area.

Frankly speaking the locality is facing lot of basic amenities like as bad roads, stray dog menace, absence of playgrounds and parks, encroachment of Begur lake, flooding, lack of bus shelters and insufficient bus services, poor drainage system, its storm water drains and illegal khatas

My suggestion would be not to buy in SLV Crystal as the deviation is more than 70%. We have done the deviation evaluation using a personal evaluator
