Can AOA sell car parking without information?
Q: Can owners association sell car parking without informing all members of association or placing it in an AGM?

You mean the car parking place was sold to apartment residents only? And they didn't inform all the residents regarding this?

No, the association cant sell even without informing in the meetings.. it is unfair to do so..
is there any legal limitations?
