Latest Answer: Hello Saurabh, as per the voting is concerned, the process will be on a percentage basis. The percentage of the vote to which the owner is entitled will be the percentage assigned to the independent unit or units in the declaration. However the vote will be cast in person. Also unless it is a genuine reason that the other person cannot make it, proxy can be given.
