Q: I came to know the land is not having clear title, NA is not yet done. Can you please let us know how long you take to get it done? Let me know how many Banks approve loan for this property.

I was planning to purchase a 2 BHK in this project, but after reading all the reviews about the builder and this project, had to cancel my plan. Thanks a lot guys for posting such an important piece of information here.
