Q: If you are an owner in Lodha Bellezza, let's get together, so that we can address issues. Builders use their agreement and try to take buyers for a total ride. Project is already delayed by a year and a half, clubhouse/pool is still not ready, and they want to charge every penny of interest, while our money is lying with them for free. All buyers of this project should get together and then make sure the management does not try to take everyone for a ride, using all fine prints in the agreement. Maintenance and all is still going to be an issue, even after registration. Local management does not realize how real estate companies should behave when their project is delayed so much.

Yes I AGREE, the plea of force majeure cannot be applicable only when it comes to their paying the intrest on the money deposited with them, and the delayed handing over the house.
But I've seen few other companies, and normally they are quite aware of their own delays and faults, and adjusting therefore. These guys act as if they are the only ones following the rules, TOTALLY unaware of their major mistakes.
