Pre-owned non registered flat
Q: Hi, am looking to buy a ready to move apartment. Came across few properties where the sellers have not registered the properties and want to sell the flat. want to understand how this system works and what are the legalities involved in these kind of deals. would appreciate if any one can share their experience. Latest Answer: Hi Navin, It depends who is the seller, it is the builder or the owner. If the seller is the builder then you have go with the property after checking all the necessary legal documents but if the selling is the owner in that case you have to take help from a legal expert or lawyer.
