Planning to buy 3 bhk in F Wing, need feedback ?
Q: Hello, I am planning to buy the 2 bhk flat in F wings as re-sale from flat owner. Tenntative the owner is quoting 4800/- sqft rate + parking + society + registration = which comes as 74 Lac INR. Flat area is 1375. Please can any body provide the input like - what exact rate at the project right now? how is area /surrounding/ society ect? any problem like lift, maintenance ect?charge, Is it worth to put such a money like that? Latest Answer: Hi Arjun, project rate whatever is quoted is fine. As other owners are quoting around Rs 5500 per sqft for 805 sqft flats. Mithilanagari offers good Living Spaces, Fresh Air and Light Ventilation, Scenic View with Absolute Privacy. However, check with the amenities and facilities they are providing. Are you looking for 2 bhk or 3 bhk flat?
