dont ever go for this project ..the builder will be friendly only till u book...after booking they will make changes here and there to save their money without informing you..they have hired goons and they will tell that u need to talk to them for any change..these goons will fight with u after not working as per the design they had proposed...construction quality is also very poor.. only tiles and filling will be of gud quality but construction is of extremely bad quality....cracks have started appearing in the walls...one of my friend is regreting after purchasing flat with them
Ohh is it... I am yet to buy this property.. good to know your inputs... Wat exactly is the reason why your friend is regretting ?

Hi Anto.. the project is built by Felicia J.Sons Developers and there is no much info available about the builder online.. I am also interested in this project so looking for various options. The location is important as it is Hosur Road.. 2bhk flat costs around Rs 40 lakhs in this project.
I had heard that AECS layout having some litigation issues.. Any idea abt that ? Also how much would be the current running price per sq ft in this area ?
