The locality offers all the social amenities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, Bank/ATMs, Shopping options such Big Bazaar, Croma, Maxxiz Mall etc are in nearby.

Q: The construction of work is not started from last 1.5 years, brokers who are selling this property are saying it will start in 15 days from last 1 and half years.

Latest Answer: Even i m interested in sundar heritage. The issue was munciple commisnor had stopped all the new construction in mira rd since 1.5 years. i have heard that it will get clearance in next 3-4 months. Let see. What you think, is it worth investing in it ???
