I just googled this stuff. he dog problem looks like an old problem and the hotel isn't doing anything about it ie perhaps placing a sign PLEASE DO NOT BRING DOGS BACK FROM THE BEACH AND NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS ON THIS COMPLEX, might do the trick. I absolutely concur Varun, it is extremely serious and warrants immediate attention.
