Q: Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?

We have booked a flat in 2011 in Block B - 501, 3BHK - corner appartment. Reg Car Park - They say top floors covered car parking would be provided, no gaurentee. They are not clear on extra car parking. There are a 12 floors each in Block A and B. Negatives as of now : Since our house is a corner flat - the way from the lift to the flat is like a long narrow corridor ... we didnt like this ..cant do much (: we booked by seeing a floor plan in a paper !!The kitchen utility and master bedroom balconies are by 3 feet smaller than the actual plan given to us. This is a problem in B Block corner flats that is 102, 202 ...mine is 502...tilll 12th floor. So we loose about 25 - 30 sq feet. I am in discussion with sales and their office regrading clarity on this issue. We met the architect but is of no help except apologizing ... please give me any ideas to take the matter forward. There are 12+ 1, 12 A floors total 13 floors in Block A and B, Cand D has more i guess 16.
