Need 2 BHK for rent near Manyata Park. Budget is Rs 10,000.
Q: I want it near Main Road. May be in HBR Layout, Hennur Main Road, Kalyan Nagar, Rama murthy Nagar, RT Nagar. Two bedroom flat in a good, green and spacious area in Bangalore.

My comments to replies
Ramamurthy Nagar is good for residential purpose.. Coffee Board layout, Mariyannapalya would also be good as they are near to Manyata, and the advantage if you stay that side is that you will not have to face traffic issues everyday..

Q: Has the project got approval from BBMP? Can I avail home loan from State Bank of India for this project?
