Hi Everyone! I have been looking at properties in the Parsik Nagar locality and come across Amrut Angan phase II. Been hearing that there are issues with the society - not sure if this is in Phase I or II. Could someone help me with this. Also any other issues please let me know. Additionally what is the going current psf rate??
Hi Ashish - thanks for the information. If that is the going rate its rather surprising since new projects are going at a rate of 7000 - 7400 psf. Also the rate that is being quoted for Resale properties is completely out of the range. One that I checked was at 7700 and there is even one that is asking a rate of almost 9K psf!Hi Ashish - thanks for the information. Hi Krishan, What is your opinion? Is it worth buy a property there?
Parsik Nagar as a whole is a nice area to live unlike the main Kalwa area which is a little overcrowded. The place is quiet and serene though in a few years I am guessing there will be a good number of properties springing up. At current prices it is a little overvalued frankly...there is talk about a mall or an Easy Day/Walmart coming up but little else to contribute to the rise in price. I am looking it as a place to live considering the proximity to Mumbai and Thane and the peaceful location

Hi Eric. I am scouting for properties in the area yes...not zeroed in on anything. In any case this is something I heard - not confirmed hence checking. Please do ask your relative to do his due diligence
