Flat in Resale in Gaur City 2 in Noida Extension Please Help.
Q: I am looking for a 2BHK flat of 1168 Sq. Ft. in Bulland Elevates (GC-8) located in Gaur City 2. However, there is no flat available from the builder as all are booked. Can I get a 2BHk flat of same size in resale? If yes, then at what price should i consider to purchase the flat as an end user. According to the builder's website and the brochure I have got, the current price on CLP is 3400/- Sq. Ft., 220/- and 200/- sq. ft. towards floor PLC for the first and second floor respectively (as I am looking to get the first or second floor only) and 2,50,000/- for car parking, 50 + 50/sq. ft. towards corner and park facing PLC, Rs. 25/sq. ft. towards I.F.M.S.. Please Help.

Hi Mr. Waugh I have a flat in Bulland Elevates & I am planning to sell it for 30 lacs inclusive everything except the transfer charges, which will be borne by you. Specifications : 2 bhk, 951 sqft, 12th floor, swimming pool facing, All extra charges are inclusive in 30 lacs,
at what price did you buy that flat.
