Q: Hi, I am planning to buy 3bhk in ND Laurel Apartments located in Varthur Bangalore from ND developers, quoted per Sq ft : 3500 rs. Kindly suggest on property and developer.

Hi I think there are no 3bhk flats available there right now.. are you interested in any other project?
Could you tell me about the devlopers and prospect of this project... I m fine with 2bhk also
