Planning to buy a flat in Pashan or Baner
Q: What all areas in Pashan should one avoid while buying flats with respect to the ill-behaved public or incidents of theft?I would like to buy a flat in Pashan or Baner and I have come to know there are a few areas in there which one should avoid where there are rude village public. Would like to know more about those.

Latest Answer: The area seems to be good. Railway station is 8 KM from Sutarwadi and buses also pass through Sutarwadi.
