Work is stopped from very long time, what is the reason?

Q: The work is stopped from very long time. What is the reason? Is there some thing illegal with the building? It's almost 1 year since work stopped and people are waiting for it to be done. Some says building is haunted as well. Six people died here due to such reasons. Please clarify the issues.

Ashish & Siddharth please join yahoo group "greenworldbuyers". we have started this group as th work is stoped. Builder's person told me that this delay is due to enviromental clearance is pending & they will get the approval in next month. Different people get different answers . My comments to replies

As per the latest information the project is stopped because environmental clearance is still pending. This response has come from the builder's office and the project completion will be delayed beyond the date.
