when will we get the possession of the flat???
Q: In March we are suppose to get the possession of flats in 3rd phase. But the people in the 1st phase have not yet get the possession of their flats.. why it is taking so much time. without giving possession to even 1st phase they have launched the 4th phase.. it's already 2 years late. why construction work is so slow...

Now it's May 2016. Still they have not given possesion to phase 2 or Phase 3. Not giving any response when you ask about possesion. already taken 95% of flat cost. As per the new real estate bill regulation, builder should give penalty for delay possesion.
