I am planning to buy the 3 bedroom road facing apartment here costing me approx 42.5 lakhs all included prices. Please tell me is it a fine deal... or will it be better if I am going for Supertech or recently launched SHUBHKAMNA EPIC flats.... PLEASE GIVE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS.. ....
Hi Geetanjali.. Nirala Aspire or Supertech's project would be fine to buy.. If you are looking for lower rate compared to other projects in that area, then Aspire is offering comparatively low.. If you are ready to shed more money then go for Supertech Upcountry at Yamuna Eway. There 2bhk cost is 37 lakhs it seems.. Check whichever is good in your view point.
