What is the completion date?
Q: With so many projects in pipeline, can they able to complete it on time? How is the reputation of this builder? Request the forum to throw some lights about the builder and their past projects - Pros & cons?

Hi Venki...i think Akshaya Homes are into Commercial projects too. I remember one name of completed project of Akshaya Home..its The Belvedere. Its in Chennai..heard a lot. Are you planning to invest in any of the projects...??
Yes. I am planning to book one 2BHK. Little skeptical about them having too many projects in OMR and challenges in completing it all.

Dear friends...heard that akshaya home is reluctant in repaying full amount of the initial payments to customers those who wants to cancel their bookings. Request to check before doing the booking with them.
