Flat Agreement Cancellation- Not ready for registration(Bad Construction)
Q: I have done agreement and deadline for FLAT registraion is on June 31st 2013. I realised the quality of construction is not at all good. We found water leakage on wall and there are no finishing at all.None of the doors are closing properly and many other reason too.. I would like to cancel the agreement but land owner refused to return the full amount instead he will deduct 20%
