Hey guys.. I would like to know whether 2850 is good price in Begur or is it high? And how is the area?
@Lokesh No price is cheap for us and it is way too expensive for that area I know.. but can you find an apartment/area which will cost you less than Rs2500/sq.ft within proximity to Bangalore? That way, it is cheaper than most Bangalore Sub-urban areas. And, Aratt rates are cheaper than SNN and couple of other builders with project in the same area..

Thanks Aravind. I saw the place this saturday. But they said they have 2 bhks only in ground floor. So we have to pay for for the garden area ( 540000) as extra.
@Anil, I dont think so.. they are just trying to sell you the slow moving ground floors.. Inquire with them again by calling via another number.. Else, let me know, can check with the sales person myself..

Arvind, thank you for replying.. And anil is saying there are flats available only in ground floor. I prefer to buy in top floors. What to do now..
