Q: Is Kasarsai a good locality to invest in at this point?

Hi Sara, Are you planning to buy a flat or plot?
I am planning to buy a flat, but Kasarsai is not developed. What are the chances of development in next 5 yrs around this area. From what i have studied about the areas near hinjewadi, they have grown at a very fast pace in last 5 yrs. So plan to invest in developing area rather than a developed one. Also, townships like kolte patil, Xrbia are located on the road to kasarsai. Pls suggest , i need expert advice. Thanks in advance

It is an excellent investment proposal to the investors as it is located near Hinjewadi.
