Need feedback on Vanshee builder
Q: Hi,I have visited "Vanshee builder" current ongoing project near to Marathahalli bridge, opposite to Kalamandir.. can somebody have information about this builder and their quality of construction and any other information that would be helpful? Current ongoing project name: Vanshee citadel G+3 and total 40 units and all are 2 BHK units onlyOnce again, requesting for reviews on this builder. Thanks in advance, rao

Hi Venu Gopal, I am also planning to buy a flat there but did not visit the site so far. How do you feel the quality of construction so far? At present only HDFC and Karnataka Banks are only approving the loans for this. Any idea why is that so? If I want to take loan from LIC or SBI will I get the approval?
