Need feedback on Vanshee builder
Q: Hi,I have visited "Vanshee builder" current ongoing project near to Marathahalli bridge, opposite to Kalamandir.. can somebody have information about this builder and their quality of construction and any other information that would be helpful? Current ongoing project name: Vanshee citadel G+3 and total 40 units and all are 2 BHK units onlyOnce again, requesting for reviews on this builder. Thanks in advance, rao

Hi, Even I am also planning to book a flat there. But, I am really doubtful about the documents and all. And it seems they have just applied for A Khata from BBMP and they told me that they will get it in three months. Also, they were in a hurry for the booking amount. I have already given them the booking amount and it is refundable. Before making any further payments, I am planning to visit some of their already completed projects. Also, I am planning to get all the documents verified by a lawyer to be on the safe side. Have you made a decision regarding the flat?
