Hi Dharmesh, Project is fine but all the Flats are already booked... But you can consult to the builder as they have many projects in hand.... My advise would be to select those project which is in an advance stage of completion. This will save you from major cost that involve in PRE-EMI. Investment in under construction stage has its own merits and demerits so think from all the angle and then invest anywhere... Legal papers are ok.... Good part of this apartment is its location. As it is just 2Km from silk board and 1/n km from the main road bus stop......Completion date is july/august. But this is tentative and i have doubt on this as the speed of the work is slow... But all depends on the builder's mindset what they think for individual projects.
