Delay payment charges.
Q: Delay charges are claimed Lumpsum claimed by Jain Housing without prooof with predated claims without showing how the amount has been arrived.

Hi Suresh, Dinesh and Saravana, my name is Sivakumar and I bought a flat in Jains Spring Meadows. Although the flat is not ready, to handover the key, they are asking me to pay hefty delay charges. If we can jointly take this up, pls call me at 9840724876.
