Hi Friends, Believe Power back up is a norm for today's gated communities and don't understand how this can be overlooked. Hyderabad suffers from lower power supply during summers as evident in 2012 with prolonged power cuts during 3-4 months. Why can't they provide the back up for essential points in flat and charge owners based on usage per month / other method? Terribly disappointed with this ! Hopefully they do something abt this and be in sync with the amenities provided by contemporary projects.
