Any reviews about Aratt Felicita project?
Q: I'm planning to book a 3bhk in Aratt Felicita. Any reviews about the project? Also, they said it will be completed by June 2013.

My comments to replies
Hi Anil, my name is Arvind and I've already booked an apartment in Felicita. I heard that 75% of the 259 apartments were booked but I hardly come across another owner. They'd informed me that the project would be handed-over by May'13 (one-two month delay is inevitable for any project) so am guessing that by July'13 we could move in. Do let me know if you need more on the project.
Hi Arvind, I too am planning to buy an apartment in Aratt Felicita, just had a look at the place today, except for the distance from the main road, I couldnt find any other issues... please share your e mail so that i can get in touch with you for the details
