Is there any Fraud in Hi-tech Plaza
Q: I have booked a 2BHK flat at hitech plaza, which is at block B2, first floor, flat number 5. It has not been completed yet and already 3 yrs have been passed but they have not delivered. Is there any problem?

Actually work is going on. But the same builder is now under trial by crime branch and court because of cheating in land deal of many projects. My question can he cheat from a project of construction of flats which has been duly permitted by local authorities and banks are also financing it? Actually work is going on.
