Q: Do not book / buy any property of JJC Developer anywhere in India. They are like our politicians, good in making tall promise but do not fulfill any of them. I am suffering here for last 8 months. When I had booked my 2 BHK flat here in April 2012, I was told that the possession will be in June. Till my registration is done, the progress of my flat was really good. Looking at that we had released the full amount also after registration. After that, I had to struggle to get the work done and finally I had to take possession in November, but still lots of work is pending! Lifts are not ready, common area filthy dirty, flooring not done in common areas, individual electric meter is not setup, these are the few of the concerns. Also the quality of work is very very bad! Their so called Engineer, Umapathy is the most horrible guy!

Lake Vihar II - that is the only project they have currently i guess. Also, their MD Munni Raju seems to have some police case and have already gone to jail couple of cases.
