I don't think this price is reasonable because in July/Aug 2012, they were quoted Rs.3300 per sq.ft. Now it is Rs.4500 per sq.ft .i.e in a span of 4-5 months price increased by more than 36%. this price is astonishing. there is no particular reason for this much price hike in this macro economy. What I heard that in 2013, whole market is expecting a slowdown and even if recession happens they can give a good discount from Rs.4500. So please wait and watch and then take a decision.
