Latest Answer: Hi Vishal, Lal dora properties are generally registered with tehsil and not with development authority, so make sure that before you invest, the property should be registered with tehsil office. Lal dora area is good for investment as it allows 100% development of the plot area (no need to leave setbacks) moreover you can have balconies coming out over the road creating more area inside your flat. You can read DDA agrees for Lal dora expansion and you will get a proper idea about it.
