Chimney black smoke facing apartment
Q: I am interested to buy in NCC meadows phase 2 because the property is excellent but my only concern is 2/3 chimney facing apartment which produce lot of black smoke which is not good for kids/anyone's health in long run,,,,,, so just wanted to know if any initiative is taken by NCC/association to get rid of it.....

Latest Answer: You are right Shikha.. it is important to sort out all the issues with the builder before buying a flat. These small issues will bother a lot in the long run. But i think it is kitchen chimney so there may not be much smoke coming out of that.. it is important to know how the chimney is fixed because if its based on modern techniques, there may be too little smoke put out.. Anyways, its better to talk to builder regarding this.
