Project completion date and a firm commitment as when it will be handed over.
Q: When is the project hand over? I think it cannot be completed by Jul-2013 as well. Should we all assemble one day at the site and ask our queries to the management?

Hi Mr. Deepankar, had you been to the project? At what level is the construction now?
I had been there 2 weeks back,it is intended same state in terms of slabwhat it was back may be 4 months back,they say it is under inspection by head office,which is your flat number

Buyiing flat in mana candela phase 2
Q: Hi am planing to book a 2BHK flat in Mana Candela 2. They are charging too much on VAT and service tax. As per govt rule VAT is only 5% of the total cost and service tax is 14% of ( 25% of total material cost). If anyone have booked earlier. Please let me know how much VAT and service tax you have paid.
