Paymet issue
Q: I purchased a flat in Supertech Echovillage2 Noida Extension through a reputed Real Estate consultant.This company had given me commission/credit note,and there is clear mentioned that after clearing of my 40% payment they will give me the amount.Till date i have cleared 80% to the builder but still they are not giving me.I have all the related documents.Please advice me how can i get my amount.

Latest Answer: Hi, i think you should go and take a legal help . You have to ensure that the documents you have, the clause of payment is written and even you can file a legal case against them stating the harassment.
