After considering many projects in Bangalore east, this one looks very interesting for me except the price.However I've shortlisted Amara Courtyard.I would request you friends to provide me some useful info about this project like the credibility of the builder cost details etc..

SBI has not yet approved. Also , I was a keen buyer in this project but somehow not gaining trust on this project. The plot sizes, price chart what they send over mail to refer is not correct. And as you zero down on your selection, they comeback saying the plot size mentioned is not correct and the premium was wrong calculated. So on... Not trustworthySBI has not yet approved.
