Is Ambiance Orion builder reliable and can be expected to deliver as promised and agreed to?
Q: I am entering into agreement with the above builder to puchase 2BHK Flat by paying the entire consideration in advace and get some concession in the cost. Can I believe them that they will stand by the agreement and complete the project and handover the same without creating any problem?

My comments to replies
I feel it is better to pay the amount in break ups rather than paying the whole amount at a time.
