Buying Apartment with Khatha B, Good choice????
Q: Hi, I visited Sumukha elite property and looks Ok. The apartment will be issued with Khatha "B" (because of construction deviation) eventhough the site is Khatha "A". Is it Ok to buy such apartment???. Is it usual for all builders do such things.......... Will there be a problem in future(i know as of now no law in place for Akrama Sakrama)... Can anyone help me out.......... Thanks!

Latest Answer: Hello, If you buy A khata or B khata property then you can face problem while selling the plot or apartment.
