We aredoctors staying in CHS.As per new HC ruling 20% of flat area can be used by CA lawyers and doctors for consultancy
Q: We as doctors are using 18% of our flat area for clibnic purpose.Are there any legal documents supporting this rule

Latest Answer: Hi everybody, it is obligatory on you to obey the code of conduct if made by the general body meeting in such a way that there would be no nuisance to other members in the society by this profession. Commercial usage in no way violates provisions of change of user and is not a breach of model bye-laws. Presently rules allow 20% commercial usage in residential units.
