Q: Hi, can anyone tell me who are the best established, quality real estate companies in mumbai (for selling and renting)? I am tired of poor quality brokers! And is there a way to contact owners etc directly (where they advertise)? Thanks

I have posted my residential property one month back and I am getting good response. Buyers will contact you and even you can contact the sellers by providing your information. Also, there is no hidden charge.

Q: Hi, I have been offered a ground floor commercial property in Fort for 23,000 per square foot. What would general rental be? Is that very overpriced for the area? I heard people are fleeing the area to move to Bandra. Thank you

Latest Answer: Hi Lisa, I think the price is fine witnessing the price appreciation in the area. Also, Fort is a business district in Mumbai. The commercial properties which are given for rent in Fort are generally in the price range of Rs 20,000- Rs 40,000 depending on the neighbourhood. In my opinion, the price is fine.
