Is Nelamangala a good area to invest?
Q: Im planning to buy a 30*40 site in Vajarahalli, Nelamangala at Rs.800/- per sq.ft. Is it worth buy? im having a plan of selling it after 4-5 yrs? Is this a good investment option or would u suggest other areas?

My comments to replies
Nelamangala is located on NH-4, around 27 km away from Bangalore city towards Tumkur. The area is not so well developed and it will take some time for appreciation.
Thank u Mr.Saran. But whether the rate is good and approx how many years it will take for appreciation?
