Q:
I have recently seen the Enigma project Brochures being distributed by the Company for selling their remaining units in Tower D at 30:70 possession plan. However, the specifications mentioned in the Brochures do not match to that of the specifications listed here on Common Floor.
I got interested towards this property because of the specifications listed on Common Floor. But now I am confused after having seen the Company brochures..
For example, The brochures do not mention that the Kitchen will be fully loaded with Hob, Chimney, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave.. Whereas the Common Floor says that it is there..
There are many such things which do not match..
Please suggest!
Hi Mr Sumeet, I had a word with the sales person. They said all this specifications are there , but for specific units not for all. And if in normal units you have to avail all this amenities you have to pay extra money for that.
Thanks Mr. Khan for the update. I have recently purchased the flat in Tower C in resale. I have purchased this flat for self-use. When I asked the seller on the same, he says that he is not aware of any such thing and that he was always under the impression that he will get all the specifications comparable to the ones listed on CF.
How do I ensure that I get the same specifications. I called up the Company guys and they have assured me on the same and said that all specifications including the ones on CF will be given to all the buyers.
I am just curious that why would Indiabulls go so humble and not be aggressive on what it is offering. Is it a sign of a good company with high commitment values or is there something fishy that I don't understand!!
