Hi gayatri..there are around 50 projects in Chitlapakkam area. And yes what are other requirements..i mean the expected rent you can give..because i saw a property in a building which suits your other requirements. And this apartment is around 900 sq ft.
sir im looking around 5k to 5.5k ...pls let me knw if any...
