Being such a wonderful place between Sahakar Nagar and Canara Bank Layout. Why there is not even single construction on that place. SBI should be the best bank to try the loan. If they grant you loan then I think 95% things are clear about that site. The rates quoted by agents range from 3400-4000 based on facing of the site. Wrt NTI think 100 times before going ahead.
